The Role – Senior AV Technician (Sydney)

We're looking for an experienced Senior AV Technician to join our Sydney team - someone who lives and breathes audio, video or lighting technology.

If you're currently in a role where you feel under-supported or constantly making excuses for equipment or communication issues, this could be the change you've been looking for.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in live event Audio Visual production
  • Proven ability to set up, operate and pack down audio, video and lighting systems
  • Strong technical knowledge, especially in video systems
  • Confident working with both Mac and PC platforms
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage crews under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail, both onsite and in the warehouse
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Full work rights in Australia
