An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join a highly respected organisation in Melbourne. You will play a key part in both corporate and governance administration, as well as general office support, making you an essential member of the team. What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Leadership Team, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and arranging travel plans.
- Organise, file, and manage governance-related documents so they are always retrievable and meet company standards.
- Support compliance efforts by helping to update and maintain records in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Order office supplies regularly, keep inventory up-to-date, and ensure all necessary materials are available for daily operations.
- Maintain the accuracy of corporate records by updating registers and organising folders for easy access and compliance.
- Take responsibility for kitchen duties and maintaining cleanliness to foster a pleasant work environment.
- Help organise office events and meetings and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient work-flow throughout the office.
What You Bring
The ideal candidate for the Team Administrator position would show:
- Experience providing administrative support within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proficiency using IT softwares, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience managing office supplies inventory as well as handling general office maintenance tasks such as kitchen duties.
- A considerate approach towards compliance requirements with an understanding of basic governance processes.
- Ability to assist in event planning by preparing meeting rooms and supporting logistics for internal gatherings.
