With strong, sustainable growth in NSW, we are looking for Civil Construction Site Engineers to join our teams in Illawarra and Campbelltown/Western Sydney to contribute to the successful delivery of multiple new projects, guided by our core values: people, integrity, and a focus on clients and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver civil construction projects on-site to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, including subcontractors and clients, to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to site staff where required.
  • Ensure compliance with all WHS, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years' experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to deliver results collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills to build lasting client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong IT skills.
  • Reliability and commitment to achieving deadlines.
