We're excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity for a Head of Sales Force Effectiveness to join our team in North Sydney. Reporting to the Group General Manager – Sales, this role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our sales operations across Australia and New Zealand.

 About the Role

As Head of Sales Force Effectiveness, you'll lead a team of sales analysts and work closely with our frontline sales teams to optimise tools, processes, and insights that drive profitable growth and customer loyalty. You'll be the engine room behind our sales strategy, supporting everything from pricing decisions and CRM enhancements to campaign launches and incentive schemes. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations & Strategy: Design and deliver real-time reporting, forecasting, and win/loss analysis. Inform pricing decisions, campaign effectiveness and sales process and capability improvements.
  • Customer Management: Ensure accurate customer classification, territory management, and collaborate on engagement plans with clear goals and reporting.
  • Sales Leadership: Partner with State Sales teams to drive quarterly planning, identify skill gaps, optimise salesforce ROI, and identify coaching priorities.
  • CRM & Reporting: Own the end-to-end CRM process including driving project pipeline discipline, managing the Sales Incentive Scheme, delivering insights from 3rd party data sources (e.g. HIA), and building dashboards that empower teams. Drive lead and lag indicator effectiveness (what we measure, how + impact results)
  • People & Development: Lead, coach, and develop your team while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

 What You'll Bring

  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, CRM systems, and BI tools.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a hunger for results.
  • Degree in Commerce (Marketing/Sales), Business, or equivalent experience. Postgraduate studies in Business are a plus.
