The Opportunity

Castle Group is a fast-scale residential developer in Western Sydney and is currently in a rapid growth phase. You will shape the direction of a 1500-lot pipeline, align sales trajectory, and ensure commercial outcomes are achieved across internal and external channels.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end sales strategy, velocity planning, and project staging
• Align internal vs external sales approach for each project including relevant stage releases
• Guide and approve pricing strategies, ensuring effective margin management and alignment with sales objectives
• Lead the sales team, instilling accountability and performance discipline
• Oversee total sales and settlement target setting and commission structures
• Provide sales-focused insights and guidance during site acquisition assessments
• Collaborate closely with the development , Marketing and Finance team to align product mix, timing, and pricing with market demand and project delivery
• Provide regular updates to the senior leadership team on market conditions, buyer behaviours, and competitive threats, supporting agile decision-making across the business.
• Consolidate reporting and insights for the executive team and wider business
• Coaching and Developing high performing team
• Drive process improvements and best practices across the sales lifecycle to enhance customer experience and streamline workflows

About you

• Minimum 10+ years in senior property sales leadership roles
• Proven experience managing cross-functional sales and marketing teams
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale residential sales programs
• Strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking
• Expert understanding of pricing, staging, and sales velocity planning
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting skills
• Ability to influence, mentor, and lead large teams to achieve performance targets
