Opportunity
A leading healthcare technology provider is seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. This is a pivotal leadership role for a senior sales professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll be joining a rapidly expanding organisation delivering innovative solutions that are reshaping patient care, with particular impact in cardiology and advanced monitoring.

The Role
As Head of Sales, you will own customer acquisition and revenue growth, taking responsibility for building a strong sales pipeline, leading enterprise-level opportunities, and expanding market presence. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to define and execute commercial strategies, ensuring the business delivers on ambitious growth objectives.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will develop new markets, refine pricing and positioning for the local healthcare sector, and create tailored go-to-market approaches. Building strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, specialist networks, and industry bodies will be central to accelerating commercial scale.

Equally important, you will grow and lead a high-performing sales team. By recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring talented professionals, you will establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success. Implementing scalable processes, effective CRM usage, and clear performance metrics will ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years' proven experience in medical sales, with a strong record of revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of the Australian cardiology sector and established networks within healthcare.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and grow high-performing sales teams.

  • Experience creating and executing business development and client acquisition strategies.

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to lead enterprise-level deals.

  • A hands-on leader who combines strategic thinking with execution discipline.
