We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Trade Manager to join our women's fashion brand, to take full ownership of e-commerce performance - from promotional trading, on site merchandising and UX enhancements.

You will join a team of fiercely focused individuals, in a company with big ambitions and a strong appetite to try new things and make bold moves

If you're commercially wired, fluent in data, and thrive in a fast-paced digital retail environment, this role puts you in the driver's seat.


About the Role

You'll be responsible for executing the trading plan and all site operations - including merchandising, promotions, apps for CX improvements, AOV and CVR initiatives. You will optimize the day to day trading capabilities, turning insights into actions ensuring optimal sell throughs resulting in revenue growth.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver the weekly trading calendar based on commercial targets
  • Optimise online product performance through strategic on site enhancements
  • Lead merchandising strategy — think category management, visual presentation, and upsell opportunities
  • Use trading insights to guide bundle offers, upsells, and inventory strategies
  • Partner with Marketing and Operational teams to ensure every product lands online looking its best
  • Deliver data lead recommendations and onsite changes to support financial and business objectives
  • Lead the post-campaign reporting loop and own the weekly trade wrap
  • Drive KPIs including revenue, AOV, CVR and website accuracy

Who You Are
  • 5+ years in retail buying, planning, or digital trading roles
  • Experience trading across DTC sites with delivering solid sales growth
  • Deep commercial understanding - you're comfortable in a spreadsheet and fluent in CRO
  • Confident decision-maker who knows how to make products move
  • Strong understanding of retail calendars and seasonal planning
  • Loves data, but knows it's useless unless you act on it
  • A collaborator — you play well with operations, marketers, and product teams
  • Able to manage multiple moving pieces with calm urgency
