We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Support Officer to join our Health and Education team at the Royal Children's Hospital, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial transparency, procurement excellence, and vendor performance across a high-impact facilities management contract. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Provide administrative support to contract management activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of contract documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications between stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to contracts.
    Support compliance with contractual obligations and policies.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in administrative or contract support roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    Understanding of contract management principles is desirable.
