Your New Organisation

Icon Group is Australia's leading dedicated cancer-care provider, with a growing network of centres and several major new facilities in development across Australia and internationally. • Leverage leading legal tech to improve how the team and business manage contracts and legal service delivery

Culture & Benefits

You'll be joining a genuinely supportive, down-to-earth team that cares just as much about how you work together as what you deliver. Expect a culture built on autonomy, collaboration, and true flexibility, supported by leaders who trust their people and always have each other's backs.

What you can expect:

  • A values-driven company that recognises, develops and rewards their people;
  • A leader who values your input, encourages autonomy and creates space for growth;
  • Access to novated lease options;
  • Access to paid parental and the ability to purchase annual leave;
  • Company-wide rewards including discounts and cash-back across experience, travel, dining and shopping; and

Your Skills Profile

  • 6-10+ years' PAE in with solid commercial/corporate experience ideally with M&A exposure;
  • Experience in a top tier firm and/or in house would be highly valued;
