As our company is experiencing growth and expansion, we are currently looking for another Receptionist to join our team.

We are an established family-owned company that offers a secure career and a pleasant work environment.

With a decade of experience, we specialise in providing comprehensive heating and cooling solutions for residential and commercial projects across Northern NSW and The Sunshine State. Presently, Deep Blue operates offices in Tweed Heads South & The Sunshine Coast, with a workforce of nearly 30 individuals.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience

  • Proficiency in managing multiple phone lines and directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments

  • Strong work ethic with a proactive approach

  • Preferred experience with Xero and Apple systems

  • Timely responses to emails and office communications

  • Task responsibilities include scheduling service jobs, organizing files, maintaining clear records on job sheets, managing warranties, invoicing customers, performing clerical duties, accepting payments, and ensuring efficient office operations

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Professional demeanor and well-spoken

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a small team setting

  • Skilled in organization, multitasking, prioritization, and working under pressure

  • Ordering supplies and equipment as needed

  • Handling general office tasks

  • Positive attitude with close attention to detail

  • Neat and professional appearance

  • Clear verbal and written English skills

  • Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
