Kennedy Drive Airport Motel is a busy 4 star property located in Tweed Heads. We are looking for a casual front of house receptionist, someone who is a great communicator, has an outgoing and friendly personality, who is punctual and reliable. This position will consist of approx hours per week. We operate on a 7 day week roster, mainly afternoon shifts with a start time 2pm, also some day shifts required on weekends.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

  • Checking guests in and out
  • Answering the phone, taking reservations, answering emails
  • Reconciling daily transactions, preparing tax invoices etc.
  • Managing accountS
  • General Cleaning and assisting house keepers when required
  • Any other duties that maybe required to keep the motel clean & tidy

Prior motel experience is preferable but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate. So if you would like to enter the hospitality industry, this is a great opportunity for you

This position would be perfect for high school or uni student and can be flexible with hours.
