Key Responsibilities:


• Friendly Frontline Support: Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, whether in person or on the phone.


• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment bookings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


• Administrative Duties: Assist with managing patient records, filing, and data entry, all while maintaining confidentiality and organization.


• Customer Service: Provide assistance to patients, answer questions, and ensure they feel valued during their visit.


• Health-Related Support: Help with the processing of basic health information as needed, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
