We're on the lookout for a hands-on Test Manager for a 12–24-month contract to help drive quality across our MIPS Transformation Program. This is a big one — we're replacing legacy systems, migrating data, and integrating Enterprise Data platforms, i.e. Claims, Policy Admin, and more.

About the Role

In this role, you'll:


• Own and deliver the testing strategy across four transformation waves


• Lead and mentor test analysts while staying close to the tools


• Manage testing for legacy system retirement and new platform rollouts


• Oversee data migration, integration, UAT, performance, and compliance testing


• Ensure readiness for go-live and compliance with APRA CPS230 and other regulations

• Deep technical knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and data platforms


• Great leadership and stakeholder engagement skills


• Bonus points for experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise-grade security
