About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing efforts on a new Salesforce CRM Greenfield project. This role will involve managing end-to-end testing, with a strong focus on data testing, Salesforce testing, and system connectivity across a large-scale CRM replacement initiative.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of system logic, end-to-end data flows, and smooth migration into Salesforce. This project covers Salesforce CRM implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), call centre operations, and internal business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage testing activities across Salesforce CRM implementation projects.
  • Define and implement testing strategies, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
  • Manage Salesforce and data testers, ensuring high-quality execution and coordination.
  • Oversee system and data testing to validate end-to-end connectivity and data migration.
  • Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between Salesforce and integrated platforms.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders during scoping, development, and execution phases.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of test management experience.
  • 5+ years of managing Salesforce projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, objects, fields, profiles, and permissions.
  • Experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of STLC, QA methodologies, and test types.
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
  • Background in superannuation or financial services is highly desirable.
