Milestone IT is partnering with a highly respected client currently seeking a experienced Integration Test Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end testing function for this critical integration initiative.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-visibility project that will impact business operations nationally, involving integration of ERP, POS, ecommerce, and supply chain platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and manage the overall test strategy and approach for the integration program.
  • Lead the planning and execution of test phases across multiple workstreams (including functional, integration, UAT, regression, and E2E).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across systems, interfaces, and data flows between apparel brands.
  • Set up and manage test environments, test data, and automation where applicable.
  • Manage defects and issues to resolution in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular reporting on test progress, risks, and outcomes to program leadership.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale environment
  • Strong understanding of integration testing across multiple enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, POS, eCommerce, WMS).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing distributed testing teams and working in hybrid delivery models (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Experience with test tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • ISTQB certification (or equivalent) preferred.
