Description

Our friendly and collaborative SMSF Team is looking for a Client Services Administrator for a 12-month maternity leave contract to be based in our Hobart or Mildura office.  

You will be helping the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure they remain on track with providing the best possible service to our valued clients   

What will your typical week look like? 

  • Complete diverse administrative tasks, from mail and correspondence to lodging tax returns.
  • Offer general support to the SMSF Team including efficient database entry and management. 
  • Provide administrative support with client related tasks, including collation of financial accounts and tax returns, client service agreements and other documents.
  • Maintain accurate client records and compliance files
