The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, we are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions of our Lobethal processing plant. With a focus on people and performance optimisation, process and change management, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact to the business.
Supported by a network of other site HR Managers, this isn't just about managing HR processes; it's about being a strategic leader, a trusted advisor, and a culture champion who helps every TFI team member succeed. You'll lead a small team, partner with leaders across the business, and create initiatives that make TFI a great place to work.
About The Role
As our HR Manager, you'll be a key leader and at the heart of our employee experience, from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Lead your team's day-to-day activities, providing continuous feedback and empowering them to grow and excel in their roles.
· Driving strategy to align the site HR strategy with TFI's overall goals and objectives.
· Partner with leaders to drive a high-performance culture, advocate for our TFI's values, and ensure they integrated into all site activities.
· Strategic collaboration with key business managers to address any concerns, develop action plans, and support matters involving underperformance or misconduct.
· Oversee the creation and maintenance of HR policies and manage the adoption of HR systems to streamline processes.
· Manage the change and uplift of HR initiatives
What We Are Looking For
· Formal qualifications in HR Management or relevant experience
· Significant and successful experience in a HR leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment
· IR/ER experience with a high level of Award and EA interpretation
· Ability to lead teams through change and continuous improvement challenges
