Senior Solicitor – Family Law

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, contribute meaningfully to client outcomes, and mentor junior lawyers in a dynamic practice.

Working closely with the Principal and a supportive team, your role will involve:

·       Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters (parenting, property settlements, divorce, binding financial agreements).

·       Handling residential and commercial conveyancing and property transactions.

·       Providing clear, practical legal advice and representing clients in negotiations and court appearances.

·       Mentoring and supporting junior solicitors and paralegals.

·       Assisting in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

We are looking for a motivated and capable lawyer who can hit the ground running. You will have:

·       A minimum of 5 years PAE, with strong experience in family law and property matters.

·       Sound technical knowledge and practical experience in both litigation and transactional matters.

·       Strong client service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
