About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Wholesale Plant Nursery Apprentice at our nursery in Dural, NSW. This full-time position will provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the horticulture industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the cultivation, propagation, and maintenance of a wide variety of plants
• Performing tasks such as potting, watering, pruning, and weeding
• Preparing and packaging plants for wholesale distribution
• Contributing to the overall operations and management of the nursery
• Participating in ongoing training and development to expand your horticultural knowledge and skills

What we're looking for

• A passion for horticulture and an eagerness to learn about the industry
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of plant care
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to undertake a formal horticultural apprenticeship program
