Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role (option to work remotely if and when required) located in the Wollongong Area for an Inside Sales Engineer. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to customers, preparing and delivering quotations, and managing inside sales activities. The role also involves assisting the admin team and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing technical and sales-related inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Sales experience preferred
  • Experience in preparing and delivering Quotations
  • Technical Support abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience with Instrumentation in HVAC is highly desirable.
