Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, attending to all incoming leads, customer satisfaction, and overall communication with clients. The role involves providing excellent customer service and promoting Felton Industries' outdoor furniture products.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Communication abilities
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of outdoor furniture industry is a plus
  • Previous experience with CRM - Salesforce ideal
