About the Role

You'll work closely with our directors and admin team to keep our quoting and sales pipeline running smoothly.

No cold calling — all warm leads and existing enquiries.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing and sending quotes for air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical jobs (we'll train you on our templates)
  • Following up customers and tracking progress
  • Checking rebate (VEEC) values and keeping margins accurate
  • Coordinating handovers to admin once jobs are approved
  • Helping schedule and communicate with customers

This is a key role that keeps the business flowing — perfect for someone who enjoys being organised, helpful, and part of a family team.

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, professional, and great on the phone
  • Local to Somerville / Mornington Peninsula
  • Comfortable with numbers and systems (ServiceM8, Xero, or Google Sheets experience is a bonus)
  • Background in trades admin, estimating, or customer service (HVAC/plumbing/electrical preferred but not essential)
  • Reliable and proactive — you like to finish what you start

Hours & Pay

  • Full-time (flexible hours available — school hours OK)
  • Monday to Friday, based in our Somerville office (on-site role)
  • $85,000 – $95,000 + super + small commission on closed jobs
  • Long-term role with room to grow as we expand into solar and electrification
