WELLNESS DEPARTMENT – SALES CONSULTANT (Liverpool Location)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive New Memberships: Use a mix of outreach, calls, and face-to-face engagement to build relationships and close deals daily.
  • Daily In-Person Outreach: Get out there every day - talking to people in the community, building connections, and promoting the gym face-to-face. This is a core part of the role and where the best Sales Consultants truly stand out.
  • Connect With Purpose: Learn each prospect's goals and tailor solutions that genuinely align with their fitness journey.
  • Stay Hungry: Set appointments, follow up, and stay on top of every lead - consistency and hustle win here.
  • Own Your Results: Manage your time, chase your numbers, and always aim to outperform your personal best.

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals.

  • Organised and adaptable - able to balance multiple tasks while keeping the standard high.
  • Arabic-speaking is a plus (though not required) - as we proudly serve a large Arabic-speaking community.
  • Availability: 24-30 hours per week, including weekends.
