As a Medical Coordinator, you'll play a vital role ensuring a smooth and professional medical and psychological assessment journey for Australian Defence Force (ADF) candidates. Working within a supportive team, you'll manage clinical records, coordinate appointments, and provide essential logistical support to our Doctors, psychologists, and Nurses. This exciting position is due to commence January 2026.
What You'll Do- Liaise with candidates and clinicians to coordinate medical assessments
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
- Monitor service delivery timelines and assist with reporting
- Support the medical team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Strong organisation and administrative skills with expectational attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in a healthcare or medical administration environment is desirable
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Australian Citizenship and eligibility for an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory for this role
