Who are we looking for?

We're searching for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to handle all of our cleaning staff's responsibilities. The cleaning supervisor's duties include assisting with

  • Hiring and training
  • Hands-on completing cleaning jobs where required/relief coverage
  • scheduling/delegating jobs
  • Quality control including proactive inspections and reporting
  • Consumables and equipment auditing/ordering.
  • Enforce workplace health and safety regulations among the team.

Cleaning Supervisor Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Good network of cleaners and specialists
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
  • Physical stamina to perform and supervise cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable vehicle and driver's licence
  • Perminent Resident
