10 Pounds is a vibrant, full-service café and bar known for playful menus and creative breakfast, lunch, and cocktail specials. We're seeking a full-time Cook to join our collaborative kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present menu items to café standards
  • Follow established recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Assist with prep, inventory rotation, and supplier coordination
  • Support team service during busy shifts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Sound understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
