  • The role:

  • Full-time role starting immediately.

  • Contract length: ongoing

Work with managers/ clients on:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing and sending BAS/ IAS/ Payroll processing to clients
  • Superannuation
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Banking
  • Collect and summarize timekeeping information
  • Obtain supervisory approval of timesheet discrepancies
  • Recording financial transactions in bookkeeping software spreadsheets or databases
  • Checking figures and reporting any irregularities in data to management

  • Producing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.

  • Experience required:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years)

  • Proficient in Xero - 2 years (Required) and Excel (Ideally Dext software also)
  • Experience in preparing BAS (preferred)

  • Solid bookkeeping knowledge.

  • Personality required:

  • High level of common sense, can-do attitude

  • Attention to detail
  • Good presentation, self-discipline, well organised
  • Prompt communication with consistency
  • Take responsibility for own work, be result-focused
  • Positive and problem-solving attitude

  • Willingness to learn, adapt to changes, genuine commitment in the work assigned.

  • Remuneration: Salary package is negotiated based on experience and performance.
