Our client is a well-known car brand. They are a global automotive company striving towards sustainable excellence. They strive to be the company of choice for all our customers, from financing and insurance, through to a whole host of vehicle-related services.

Currently, the business requires a National Fleet Sales Manager. The National Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing national commercial strategy - driving revenue growth, expanding market share and building deeper partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the states to identify large corporate opportunities with a national scope to ensure the business has the most appropriate account management structure to maximise opportunities.

  • Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Management of a sales team. Mentor, motivate, and empower your team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Present sales insights and results to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee tenders, pricing strategies, and client contract negotiations.
  • Oversee key account relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key Experience and skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Fleet Leasing industry
  • Proven experience in fleet and corporate automotive sales, including business development.
  • Demonstrated success in business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales and account management teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Previous experience putting together tenders and presenting to clients.
