About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Paralegal with experience in both Conveyancing and Estates to join our Stones Corner office. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with Director Solicitor across estate planning, estate administration, and conveyancing matters.

Your day might include:

  • Managing residential conveyancing files from contract to settlement (QLD property).
  • Preparing contracts, transfer documents, settlement figures and PEXA settlements.
  • Handling probate and estate administration, including NOITA lodgement and grant applications.
  • Supporting estate litigation, such as family provision claims, with document preparation and file support.
  • Managing key dates and workflow priorities, including invoicing and file closure.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, financial institutions, and the courts.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Conveyancing and/or Wills & Estates.
  • Strong document written communication, file management and client communication skills.
  • Experience with legal software (e.g. Smokeball) not required but confidence working in a paperless environment an advantage.
  • Proactive and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A caring, practical approach when working with clients navigating major life events.
  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude—willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
