We need a dynamic, passionate, and highly creative Marketing and E-commerce Manager to drive our brand and digital strategy and ensure the success of our global rollout.

Role Description

We are seeking a s
trategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
full-time. This full time role is located in North Sydney and offers a hybrid work environment. The Marketing and E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day marketing activities, managing e-commerce operations, and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
A deep understanding of digital marketing, and the agility to move fast and respond to market needs will secure this unique opportunity to help shape the future of a leading independent skincare company as we expand globally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in beauty, skincare, or a related category.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing Shopify -based e-commerce sites.
  • Proven success in digital marketing and performance media including paid social, organic social, search, SEO and influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics and experience using data to drive decision making
  • Experience working in independent or high-growth beauty brandsis highly desirable
  • Global Marketing experience a strong advantage
  • A passion for beauty, constantly staying ahead of industry trends and social media shifts.
