Role Description
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
This is a full-time role located in North Sydney with a hybrid work environment.
The Marketing and E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day marketing activities, managing e-commerce operations, and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
A deep understanding of digital marketing and the agility to move fast and respond to market needs will secure this unique opportunity to help shape the future of a leading independent skincare company as we expand globally.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in beauty, skincare, or a related category
Proven track record in managing and growing Shopify-based e-commerce sites
Proven success in digital marketing and performance media including paid social, organic social, search, SEO, and influencer marketing
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Experience working in independent or high-growth beauty brands is highly desirable
Global marketing experience is a strong advantage
A passion for beauty, with a constant drive to stay ahead of industry trends and social media shifts
