Job Title

We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our brand and digital strategy. This role will oversee day-to-day marketing activities, managing e-commerce operations and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing plans leveraging digital marketing channels and analyzing data to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience ideally in beauty, skincare or a related category.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing Shopify-based e-commerce sites.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in independent or high-growth beauty brands.
  • Global marketing experience.
