We're partnering with a dynamic, high-growth global womenswear brand to appoint a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of an innovative fashion business that is redefining the digital retail landscape.

The Opportunity

As COO, you will play a pivotal role in leading the operational and commercial strategy of the business across global markets. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the other Executive leadership team, you will drive performance across supply chain, logistics, innovation, digital platforms, and customer experience.

This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced, digitally led environments and brings true retail experience at scale- someone who understands the evolving demands of the modern consumer and the platforms that serve them.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading end-to-end global operations, including supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment.
  • Driving innovation across digital platforms and technology, ensuring the business remains at the forefront of eCommerce and customer experience.
  • Supporting the execution of global growth plans by creating scalable and efficient operational processes.
  • Working closely with C-suite peers to shape company strategy, influence key decisions, and drive transformation.
  • Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a COO, Operations Director capacity within a retail or consumer product business, ideally fashion or lifestyle.
  • A background that blends traditional retail operations with strong knowledge of digital commerce, platforms, and innovation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading global teams and functions across supply chain, tech, and customer experience.
  • Commercially minded, data-driven, and highly collaborative with a strong executional track record.
  • A strategic thinker who can operate at pace and thrives in an entrepreneurial, scale-up environment.
