  • - Manage regulatory interactions with ASIC and other applicable regulators across APAC.
  • - Oversee the accurate and timely submission of required regulatory reports, including breach reporting and derivative transaction reports under ASIC Regulatory Guides.

  • - Support audit readiness.
  • - Contribute to internal compliance frameworks for safeguarding client money (under ASIC expectations).
  • - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, IT) to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in business practices.
  • - Maintain and improve Corpay's risk management framework, including risk registers and incident reporting.

  • - Knowledge of Australian regulatory obligations, particularly those set by ASIC and the Corporations Act.
  • - Familiarity with AFSL obligations.

  • - Strong understanding of client money handling and safeguarding standards in the Australian market.
  • - Project management experience, with a track record of working cross-functionally in a multinational organisation.
  • - High level of organisation, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating regulatory ambiguity with confidence.
