Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer, located in Sydney, NSW. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial operations of the company, including financial planning, financial reporting, and financial statements. Responsibilities include providing strategic financial input, developing financial strategies, assessing risk, and ensuring the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation. The CFO will work closely with the executive management team to plan the business's future direction and to make sure the organization's financial well-being is maintained and enhanced.

Qualifications

  • Financial Planning and Financial Statements skills
  • Expertise in Finance and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent leadership and management capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with executive team members
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and performance management principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a CPA or MBA is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive or EV industry is a plus
