These roles are ideal for candidates with extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service excellence, and team leadership, along with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Successful applicants will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and success of the restaurant, maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

 

Applicant Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Restaurant Managers for over 3 years.
  • Skilled in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision and inventory control.
  • Capable of adhering to and enforcing health and safety protocols within the restaurant.
  • Proficient in customer service, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Competent in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure stock availability.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as Restaurant Managers, demonstrated by at least 3 years in the field.
  • Strong proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with customers and team members.
