The Role**
You'll be at the centre of it all — running shifts, leading your crew, and making sure every guest walks out smiling. From smooth day-to-day operations to supporting community initiatives, you'll set the tone and keep the energy high.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a motivated team
- Run daily operations like a pro
- Deliver top-notch customer service every shift
- Train and develop your crew to grow their skills
- Own rostering, labour, and costs with confidence
- Manage stock and ordering
- Support the Restaurant Manager with hitting financial and operational goals
