What will you do?
As the BDM Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of our new service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve growth and meet revenue targets.
- Conducting market research and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
- Preparing and presenting compelling proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborating with the sales and property management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Representing the company & clients at networking events and industry functions.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role, within the property management industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve results.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Must have Property Management Experience
