About the role:
We are currently seeking an ICT Support Officer to join our thriving IT department. Based in our Bulimba office, and reporting to our Head of ICT based in Adelaide, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing IT support to our staff across the Brisbane metro area and Gold Coast region. This role will see you utilise your problem solving and customer solution skills to provide the best IT service to all stakeholders in the business.
This hands-on role is ideal for those based in the Brisbane area and will see you involved in travel to our Gold Coast office and potentially the broader Queensland region.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and implement the standard operating environment over all ICT hardware, including remote equipment on construction sites for the Sunshine Coast, North of Brisbane and Darwin divisions.

Maintain documentation of network infrastructure, and ICT procedures.

Maintain lists and databases of all assets, services, devices and other key information, in accordance with the Head of ICT.

Enforce security and user policies in a discreet and confidential manner.

Assist with the ICT national helpdesk

Opportunity to work as the backup support for System Admin

Provide additional support for the construction teams by scheduling onsite visits on a regular basis to ensure IT systems are working appropriately.

With a proven background in a similar role, you will demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Building excellent relationships with stakeholders will be something you do effectively, along with your attention to detail and organisational skills.
