Join a collaborative and leading Real Estate agency with a diverse group of Property Managers in Bulimba. We are currently seeking a Property Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to maintain a tidy and local portfolio.

In this role, you will enjoy the convenience of ample support with a Leasing Agent and dedicated administrative team, allowing you to focus on property management.

- Dedicated New Business Team

- Salary - $85k base neg (for right person) + super + KPI bonuses + mobile + airpods
- Motor vehicle allowance

**Key Responsibilities & Qualifications**:

- 160 properties all local to the office
- Manage from end to end with full admin support
- Routines, ECR’s and Vacates
- QCAT experience / Senior Level essential
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and tenancy laws.
- The ability to work well within a team and independently.
- A current certificate of registration and valid drivers license
