Sales Assistant - Place Bulimba
Looking for a position that keeps you moving and never caught behind a desk? Well, we have just the role for you and there's no real estate experience required

One of Place's top female agents is expanding her team and is looking for an exceptional Sales Assistant to join her This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be working alongside an extremely high performing and reputable agent, giving you an opportunity to build a full 360 degree picture of residential sales.
- Saturday (Real Estate Day) with an RDO during the week.

The duties in this role include but are not limited to the following:

- Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections
- Being always on the move completing out-of-office tasks for the team
- Setting up open homes
- Database management
- General administration where required

**Requirements**:
Skills & Experience
- Strong desire to learn from the ground up
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute wherever needed
- Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle
- Experience in a customer facing industry
- Excellent work ethic and a high attention to detail
- Real Estate Sales Certificate or open to obtaining one
- Strong communication skills
