A new and electrifying opportunity has become available to work from a newly renovated office, Place Bulimba, the largest employer on Oxford Street, spread across 2 locations Although you will be situated in the Bulimba office, this role has been designed to support the growth of Place Bulimba, Gumdale and Manly.
This position is highly visual and incredibly rewarding offering personal satisfaction seeing your event creations come to fruition and be appreciated by all your colleagues. Your position will be diverse and varied and you will love coming to work every day.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for events, combined with graphic design but most importantly who has a love for people whilst having an infectious drive for culture.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- End-to-end event coordination, inclusive of concept, planning, budgeting, development, delivery of all events and training days.
- Preparation of graphical Training and Events correspondence, visual presentation aids and communications
- Room set up and coordination + organise any catering required
- Be the ‘Menu Champ’ for all 3 offices
- Report to our Head of People/HR & work closely with the Bulimba Sales Director to ensure new frameworks and ideas are implemented / delivered to a high standard.
- Have a cutting-edge approach to all events - looking to challenge the status quo
- Conduct informal employee check ins to gauge employee satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Excellent people skills
- Have a proactive approach to completing tasks whilst looking for areas of improvement/ efficiencies to your day to day
- Proven event coordination experience and previous delivery of significant events
- Graphic Design skills
- Experience working within a high-volume environment requiring fast-paced admin skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with a level of autonomy, prioritise and manage work effectively
