What will the day-to-day look like?

Providing day-to-day assistance to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for: 

  • Managing all of the team's social media accounts and creating an engaging posting schedule;
  • Preparing polished sales packs for listing presentations;
  • Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management (via REX and ID4me);
  • Performing additional administrative tasks (as required) with high attention to detail; and
  • Attending building and pest inspections (as you gain confidence and experience in this role).

What skills and experience do I need?

  • Prior administration or reception experience (highly desired);
  • Strong time management and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a professional, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and a knack for learning new systems quickly.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to help others succeed.
