As an Estimator, you will play a key role in our project planning and client engagement. This role is suitable for cadets or early-career professionals looking to gain valuable experience in the aluminium fabrication and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send accurate and competitive tenders and detailed quotations to customers.
  • Estimate material and labour costs for a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
  • Liaise directly with customers, builders, and other stakeholders to clarify project requirements and timelines.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to develop estimates.
  • Work closely with the workshop and project management team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, suppliers, and industry pricing.
Requirements:
  • A valid Driver's Licence.
  • Current Construction Industry White Card.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (training can be provided for cadets).
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with estimating software or CAD is an advantage but not essential.
