We're growing — and we're looking for a curious, creative, and detail-driven Junior Packaging Estimator to join our Brisbane-based team. If you're someone with a design background who's keen to explore the structural side of packaging, this is your chance to learn, grow, and shape the future of how products are presented.

What You'll Do

In this hands-on role, you'll dive into the world of packaging design and estimation, helping turn customer ideas into functional, beautiful packaging solutions. You'll learn the full process — from quoting and costing to supplier coordination and structural design — all while supporting our mission to grow Australian-based manufacturing.

You'll be trained and responsible for:

  • Generating customer quotes, including tooling, materials, and labour
  • Reviewing and evaluating costs
  • Meeting with customers to understand their packaging needs
  • Ensuring quotes are completed on time
  • Building and maintaining customer & supplier relationships
  • Designing packaging with assembly and efficiency in mind
  • Negotiating material and service costs
  • Collaborating with design, print, and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines
  • Prioritising tasks and communicating clearly with customers and suppliers

What You'll Bring

  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Illustrator or other design software)
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Motivation and drive to succeed
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a technical design role
  • Graphic design skills are a bonus — while this isn't a graphic design role, they'll definitely come in handy

Pay: $51,676.60 – $100,000.00 per year
