Our Creswick Trade Cook/Chef reports to the Manager Hotel Services and works within the Central Highlands Rural Health policies and procedures.

The position requires the preparation and supply of meals for Acute, Aged Care and Meals on Wheels and special events.

Responsibilities include the ordering of provisions in accordance with the approved menu, supervision of the Kitchen Hands on duty and liaison with other kitchen staff to ensure that the kitchen operates according to the set guidelines

Details of Appointment: Permanent part-time position cotract for 32 hours per fortnight with the opportunity to work up to 76 hours. The position is based at Creswick. Shifts requirement to work every Friday and every second weekend (Saturday & Sunday).

Salary: Subject to qualifications - Trade Cook @ $33.27 or Chef up to $36.00 per hour.

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
