The Role

We're looking for a confident and solutions-focused Executive Assistant to support our Melbourne based executives. This is a key role that blends strategic support with hands-on coordination, enabling our executive leaders to focus on driving the organisation forward. You'll be the go-to person for managing priorities, navigating complexity, and ensuring the executive office runs seamlessly.

What you'll do

This role is responsible for providing high-level executive support to the Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer(CLCAO) and Chief Development and Sustainability Officer(CDSO), ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office.

In addition, the role supports Board and Committee processes, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management. It provides key assistance to Investor Relations through scheduling and material preparation, manages credit card reconciliations for senior leaders, and contributes to event planning for major corporate functions.

· Experienced in working with senior executives and board members, demonstrating professionalism and discretion

· Maintains confidentiality with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills

· Proactive and self-reliant, with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

· Personable team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities

· Skilled in time management, planning, and multitasking to meet tight deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Diligent Board software, and SAP systems, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
