What the Role Looks Like Day to Day

One morning you might be measuring up at a luxury townhouse site. That afternoon, you could be in the showroom with a couple, walking them through models, explaining features, and helping them choose the right lift to future-proof their home. Other days, you'll be advising an architect on a multi-storey build or showing a homeowner how a lift can transform daily living. From first conversation to signed proposal, you'll guide clients with confidence and close deals that truly change lives.

What You'll Do

  • Convert warm leads into qualified prospects — and into confirmed sales
  • Conduct showroom appointments & in-home consultations with clients
  • Recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs and budgets
  • Take accurate site measurements and assess feasibility
  • Prepare and present professional proposals with clarity and confidence
  • Build referral pipelines with architects, builders & developers for repeat business
  • Quote, negotiate & close high-value sales (average cycle 1–3 months)

You'll Thrive Here If You…
  • Have 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience (home improvement, property, lifestyle, or solar experience ideal — not essential)
  • Are confident selling premium, high-value solutions and asking for the sale
  • Bring strong consultative selling skills and great follow-up discipline
  • Have an eye for detail and enjoy problem-solving onsite
  • Balance people skills with a goal-driven, closing mentality
  • Hold a current Australian driver's licence and can travel as required
