An opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Coordinator to join our busy practice at Golden Bay Dental Clinic.

As the successful applicant, your role is to apply a set of core duties, a positive attitude and professional energy toward client services for an established fully engaged client-base.

Join our family-orientated team and make a significant impact on our patients' oral health. Learning and development are highly valued at our practice and the successful candidate will be encouraged to continue developing their skills.

The role:

Exceptional patient care and customer service are essential requirements to succeed in this role. Willingness to carry out all required duties is also an essential requirement for this position. The following attributes are preferred but not essential, as we are also willing to train suitable candidates who may be lacking experience:

  • Previous front office/reception experience is preferred
  • Previous dental reception experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity and experience with Exact software is an advantage
  • Team player
  • Display high attention to detail
  • Show initiative and flexibility
  • Willingness to take direction, learn new skills and techniques and contribute back to the team.
  • Positive and friendly personality
  • Outstanding patient communication skills
  • Well presented
