We have an exciting Coordinator opportunity leading our Outside School Hours Care service, Golden Bay Primary School OSHClub
About the role
You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
This is a permanent fulltime opportunity offering 38 hours per week including 5.5 non-contact administration hours.
You will work across split shifts to support the service’s operating ours of Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 08:40am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:45pm - 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). You can work block shifts during the school holidays too

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids Experience leading a team Strong and clear communication Team player with a desire to become a service leader Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children Australian work rights Qualified or enrolled in a Diploma or Higher qualification as approved by ACECQA
